These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Gempak99 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://gempak99.casa and all associated services, products, games, and tools made available through the platform.

Gempak99 reserves the absolute right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure without prior notice.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each eligible player is permitted to hold one (1) Gempak99 account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity details, payment methods, or device fingerprints — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of associated balances.

4.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and to keep all account details updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Gempak99 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password and the activation of two-factor authentication (2FA). We will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel.

Gempak99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security over your login credentials. You must notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Gempak99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, as well as selected cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be funded from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements associated with your balance must be satisfied in full.
• Withdrawals must be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. Gempak99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing times are estimated at 5–30 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals, and 1–3 business hours for FPX bank transfers, subject to banking system availability.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the Gempak99 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise indicated. Cryptocurrency transactions will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are borne solely by the Player.

Gempak99 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated at the time a bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus, after which unused bonus funds will be forfeited.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Gempak99 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk matched betting across multiple outcomes, systematic exploitation of offer loopholes, and the use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonuses voided and their accounts permanently closed.

6.3 Bonus Modification & Withdrawal

Gempak99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will continue to be bound by the terms in effect at the time of the bonus claim.

All betting and gaming activities conducted on the Gempak99 platform are governed by these Terms together with any sport-specific or game-specific rules communicated within the relevant sections of the platform.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the Gempak99 platform are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion. Bets accepted in error — including those placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error — may be voided and the relevant stake returned to the Player. Gempak99 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players in a timely manner.

7.2 Results & Settlement

Betting results and game outcomes are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body, league, or provider. In the case of live in-play markets, bets are settled based on the result at the time the market closes. For sporting events including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, and international fixtures, official results from the league's governing authority are used for settlement purposes.

7.3 System Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or server outage, Gempak99 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to the respective player accounts. The platform shall not be held liable for any loss of winnings or anticipated winnings resulting from a verified technical malfunction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Gempak99 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registration or use of the platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Operating more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in an automated or non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated fraudulent betting activity.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds of illicit origin.
• Any action intended to gain an unfair advantage not sanctioned by the platform's published rules.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at any Gempak99 staff member or other player.

Gempak99 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 21.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

In cases where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach pending investigation, Gempak99 will conduct its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and notify the account holder of the outcome. Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player subject to completion of a full KYC review.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Malaysian law.
